Firmware Version: 2.8.0

I installed 3 thermostats in my apartment 4 days ago. Everything seems to be working properly except for the reports.
No data is displayed.
Are there any settings or tricks to make this possible?
I use an iPhone

Connect the phone to the same WiFi as the KE100, check whether the data is available in the local network. If the remote management of KE100 or the smart hub fails, KE100 history data won't be uploaded to the cloud, so there aren't reports in the app when the phone connects to a remote network.

I had a similar problem where the KE100's could be controlled but the report data was not displayed.    The reports are a great feature for working our what goes on with the heating system. The house is of a size where I need a mesh network.  As so often with these devices, restarting the broadband router and mesh nodes all from power off fixed the problem. smiley

What's the model of your router? Are the broadband router and the mesh nodes creating two different WiFi networks or just one?

 

Please double-check device's remote control capabilities. Turn off WiFi > turn on cellular data > adjust KE100's temperature in the Kasa app > monitor if there are any changes on the led screen of the KE100.


Check the firmware version on both the KE100 and KH100 hub, make sure it is updated. How to update firmware of Kasa smart devices
