Firmware Version: 2.8.0

I installed 3 thermostats in my apartment 4 days ago. Everything seems to be working properly except for the reports.
No data is displayed.
Are there any settings or tricks to make this possible?
I use an iPhone

Connect the phone to the same WiFi as the KE100, check whether the data is available in the local network.

 

Try to restart the router.
