Model: RE330
Hardware Version:
Firmware Version:

How do i delete the RE330 extender to my list of cloude device? Tried to unbind the RE330 in my account before resetting and still it's appearing. I also tried, resetting the device via reset button and still it's appearing in the tether app.

I hope someone can help me. Tried the articles in the internet and still no luck. I don't want to reset my main router just to reset the whole network.

Hi,

If there is no "Unbind" button, then this should mean the device is not bound to the TP-Link ID.

Can you confirm the device in question is labelled as "Cloud Device" in the Tether app?
