I have just connected a USB Drive to my router (WD 2TB Elements SE SSD USB3.0)
When I access file explorer on my PC the router is shown in both Medis device and Network infrastructure but NOT in Computer, why is this?
I have formatted the drive to NTFS

It is suggested to connect your USB drive to your computer directly to check whether it is normal.
And if your VR2800 is EU version, please upgrade firmware to the latest one according to the official website.
