Hardware Version: V3
Firmware Version: latest

In the past week my home security system is playing havoc.

Whereas before the Security App showed only IPv4 parameters and IPv6 entries were disabled and blank, now there are partial entries for IPv6 settings. I checked the Security App and the IPv6 cannot be deleted or disabled, and the settings are reported "incorrect" , and I cannot remove IPv6 entries and I cannot Save unless DCHP is permanently ticked as "disabled". What a nightmare!

I would like to rid myself of all IPv6 options and stick exclusively with IPv4.  Meanwhile all my security system is not working.  How to I revert to exclusive IPv4 operation?

Hi, if it is grayed out, does it show IPv4&IPv6?

You may try to click on "Create Profiles", according to the screenshots I share before, and choose PDP Type again.

If still failed, I am afraid that you need to contact "Three" card as they provide you IPv6 service at the same time.

Hi, thanks for posting question here.

Does your SIM card provide IPv6 service? You may refer to the screenshot below and go to the Web UI of the router to change PDP Type as IPv4.

  @Marvin_S

My IDmobile sim piggybacks on the 'THREE' service which is gradually progessing IPv6.

I was unable to change PDP setting as it is greyed out.
