Hi,
I set my MR600 v3 as Wireless Route Mode using WAN in LAN4 port and LTE/SIM as a backup connection
Does MR600 can be set as sending SMS when there is no WAN connection?

Hi,
Yes, it allows you to setup 3G/4G connection as the backup in wireless router mode.
What do you mean when there is no WAN connection?
If you mean it works in 3G/4G mode, it can send SMS normally.
