Decos offline on app, but still working

I have an ongoing issue that TPLink support aren't managing to help.with.
I have 5 M4 Decos, and until last week all was well, then I noticed on the app that apart from the main Deco, the other 4 were showing off line, but had a solid white light and seemed to be working fine
I did the usual tried to refresh the network map etc, then the booted one and it, eventually came back to solid white light but still off line.
One support person asked me to try and reset one dexo and re add the device, I did this but, even though that unit is at a flashing blue light, the app will not find it
So now I have the main unit showing OK, 3 showing off line but seems to be working and one flashing blue that is basically useless at the moment.
I am stuck with what to do now, I don't really want to reboot the main Deco unit in case it doesn't come back up as I work from home and these are vital for my work
Anybody?
