Parental control is not working in tp link ax23. if i pause the activity nothing happens. but when i block it thorugh client section it works .
please resolve the parentel control since i required it to control my kids activity

In your case, please make sure to disable the random MAC address on your child's phone:

Then, it is recommended to delete the original device you want to manage in the profile and then add the new one.

I was able to manage parental control without any issue in ax10 router. Issue is with ax23 only. You guys try to provide a fix rathar than suggesting unusable things

Hi @Dinu_ks
You mentioned a TV that is not controlled, right? Is the TV connected to the router both by wire and wireless?
If the TV is connected to the router both by wire and wireless, it will have two MAC addresses. Please pause both Mac addresses of TV.
If the problem still cannot be solved, you can also try to reset the router and create a new profile.
Press and hold the WPS/RESET button (more than 10 seconds) with a pin until the power LED light becomes quick-flashing. Release the button and wait for the Router to reboot.

@Joseph-TP tv is connected through wifi only. And i tried resetting the router multiple times. Nothing works. Do u have any other fix. Or i need to scrap this router.

just created rule with empty allow list, added 5 devices
parental control works fine. pause - internet work. resume - internet don't work

Right now.
I created rule:
So by default internet is blocked.
If you want you can PAUSE this rpofile and devices will have internet access.

@YuriyB i tried doing all. later i identified that youtube is not getting blocked. even if i pause or not youtube is working. i can say others as partial. netflix and amazon is getting blocked. my MX player youtube still getting internet access. but if i block the device from connected device list then blocking works fine. how to fix this.
