CAN. ANYONE TELL ME HOW TO FLUSH THE ARP MODEL ON THESE UNITS, AND DO YOU HAVE TO BE LOCAL TO IT OR CAN IT BE DONE THROUGH THE APP.

Hi, A reset can flush the Deco Arp table. By the way, why do you want to flush the Arp table?

Wait for your reply and best regards.

Hi David,

Thank you for your reply, I have set these up in router mode on starlink in bypass mode.

All works OK, except when I left my customer 2 x iphones will not connect to network.

Some one suggested this would fix this issue. I tried forgetting the network.

I have access remotely via deco app.

Ken

Hi, Thanks for the update.

In this way, the reset factory did help. However, after reset, the users might need to set it up again and during this process, you might not be able to remote access the Deco.

It is suggested to restart the whole Mesh system once.

You could also enable an IOT or Guest network with 2.4Ghz only/WPA2 security to check whether these 2*iPhones could get connected.

Best regards.
