Hi,

 

My deco X20 reboots once in 2-4 days. Not able to find cause. Its single router with no other deco/mesh connectivity.  Below are the troubleshooting method i tried

 

Chnage power supply/connection

reset

 

Please help as this issue is impacting my office work.

Have you noticed LED change when Deco X20 auto-restarted itself?

Did this issue start recently?

  @David-TP Yes, LED becomes RED. Its less then 2 months old product and this issue is happening regularly since installation.

You could run a firmware recovery once on the Deco X20 to see whether it helped:

How to use firmware recovery if the Deco become brick

 

If it is still the same, since we don't have another Deco for comparison, It is suggested to contact the local technical support to seek warranty service:
