After using the app extensively to troubleshoot problems, I'd like to report a bug. 

On many repeated occasions, if you launch the app and use it for a little while, do a network optimization, then leave the app, return to that same feature and do it again, the app will just keep scanning and never stop. The only way to fix it is to kill the app completely and try again.  

This behaviour has happened for other menu options on occasion. But the network optimization one happens a lot.
