Hi, Thank you very much for your feedback.
Here are some suggestions for your reference:
- Install the latest 1.2.0 firmware first-https://community.tp-link.com/en/home/forum/topic/715880
- Change the MTU settings to 1480 for example under Internet Settings.
- Enable DOH/DOT, and use 8.8.8.8/8.8.4.4 as the DOT serve for example.
By the way, did you use the SIM cards from the same ISP on the Deco X50-5G as well as the mobile phone? (May I know who your SIM operator is?)
Are you able to consistently reproduce the current issue?
