Hello I would like a little help, I am trying to update the firmware of my router, but the option does not appear within the advanced configuration menu the firmware version is Firmware Version:1.8.0 0.8.0 v6062.0 Build 240514 Rel.36308n and the m.odel is an XC220-G3v, the router was bought in a store on my own.

Hi, welcome to our community.

XC220-G3v is a customized model by some ISPs only, that may be the reason why you failed to see firmware update option. It is a pity that we can know about it much less than common DSL modem routers.

I can understand you got the router from local store, but we can not make sure your local marketing sales.

It is sincerely suggested to contact local technical support for some advice.
