Hi I need help

some websites are blocked such as lazada websites lazada.com.

This is not isp blocked, I already tried

connect directly the laptop to modem all are accesible

clone mac address of laptop to deco x50 poe

change dns

deco x50 poe is newly bought I also tried to reset it. no parental control, no home shield and others

I previously use S7 this don't have problem

Hi, Thank you very much for the feedback.

A new firmware 1.4.4 was released for Deco X50-POE(EU/US). It is suggested to install this version to see whether it helped or not:

By the way, would there be any error message when you failed to access lazada.com?

Can you reproduce this issue on different devices?

This is what I see when I click the link that you send. No firmware version 1.4.4 also I am using Deco X50-PoE(US) ver 2.0

For the lazada website. Error is "took long to respond". same error on all other devices. Also I can ping www.lazada.com.ph using cmd

Hi, the 1.4.4 firmware was just released for Deco X50-POE(EU/US)_v2. If you access the local website, there might be a delay in uploading the latest firmware version.

You can go to the https://www.tp-link.com/us/support/download/deco-x50-poe/v2/#Firmware to download the proper firmware.
