Model: TL-WPA4220 KIT
Hardware Version: V5
Firmware Version:

I have struggled for days to set up my kit. I have a starlink router and have put the ethernet cable into the main adapter. I have then paired the 2 adapters. However, these go off the signal every 30 seconds or so and reboot. I have tried changing the channel. The power saver option is off , and I have ticked the box that says not to turn off the WiFi, all suggestions I have found. Can someone please help? I'm at my wits end.

 Hi @Jacs,

Could you please plug TL-WPA4220 into a socket without other clients and check whether the reboot still occurs?

If the problem disappears, the problem may be caused by an unstable circuit environment.
