Model: Deco M5  
Hardware Version: V1
Firmware Version:

I switched from iphone to android phone, downloaded android deco app, but after logging in with the same tplink id, I found that the deco devices registered on the original ios app didn't appear, and I have to resetup deco devices, is this normal? It's not as expected, I don't want to reset it, what should I do?

Can you guys leave me a message with the MAC address on the main Deco?

From the previous feedback I've received, the users might still sign into another TP-link ID which is not the original one used for setup.

Tp-link haven't seemed able to provide a satisfactory solution to this anytime anyone has asked. I've not had a response from the support ticket I sent in weeks ago with a log from the app....
