Hi,

 

the problem described in the following/linked thread is also an issue on the Archer BE550.

My girlfriend wasn't able to connect to her work VPN (IPSec) when the L2TP/IPSec VPN server on the BE550 was enabled.

After disabling the server she was able to connect.

I believe this to to be a similar if not the same bug in the firmware.

Thank you for your feedback.

Archer BE550 doesn't support IPsec VPN server currently.

I will report your suggestions to the relevant departments. If there is an update, please pay attention to the firmware update on the official website.
