What seems to be wrong here?

My laptop is connected through ethernet to the Repeater. The repeater is connected to the Router and Im current connected to both 2.4 and 5ghz. The wireless signal is set to 5ghz. If i connect my laptop to my router directly, I get about 1-2 bars max but the connection seems to be more stable than with the repeater. Below are a few tests through different connections forr reference. During these tests, I've tried not to use any bandwidth accross any other devices but they were still connected like normal. 
My connection is at around 70 down and 70 up and with good connection on phone in good range, I get around 7-9ms. Ideally I want to play games on cloud now but this is affecting my norrmal experience completely now. 

1 - Laptop to Repeater (Ethernet)

Im averaging from 30 - 50 but this one somehow spiked much higher. This particular test also doesnt have many spikes at lower latencies. 


2 - Laptop to Repeater (Wifi)
Slightly better average speeds but alot more spiking here. 



3 - Laptop to Router(Wifi)
How is this so much better than the others IDK. Its bad however compared to the others, im surprised. 


I really need help to sort this out. Infact the repeater is in the living room that is closer to the router that is in the kitchen and my room being at the opposite end. I am not abble to run a cable from the router to my laptop at all. What should I do next with this, any troubleshooting methods as Im getting really frustrated by this now.
