TP Link wont connect to sky using ethernet cable

Hello, my TP link does not connect to my sky internet, it normally does a flah on the power LED, then middle and wifi LED and then solid lights for about 10 seconds then the middle light drops out and the cycly repeates.
It not the cable as that was working fine before, it worked with BT interent fine the problem has just arose switching to sky.
Any help would be appreciate as I am trying to extend the wifi to our shed.

It is recommended that you can hard reset the Access Point firstly:
Press and hold this button until all the LEDs turn on momentarily
Then please refer to How to configure Access Point mode of the Wireless N Access Point (new logo) to configure the Access point again.
