Model: Archer AX53
Hardware Version:
Firmware Version:

My TV (Phillips the one 2023) is connected via ethernet to the router. The TV uses internet okay for a while, but after 3-10 minutes loses internet connection. The ethernet connection is not lost. If I then switch the TV to wi-fi it works okay, but will periodically display messages about restoring internet connectivity.

The current router is replaced the previous router ax23 which worked with the exact same setup and cables so I know those are okay.

I can use it with wi-fi but prefer ethernet, the cable is already existing and I don't understand why this issue is happening.

Tried switching the specific lan port for the ethernet cable and the issue is the same.

Have a PC connected with ethernet and that works with no problems.

  @Gibbisan

Hi,

You could try if it works better when you configure the network settings on the Philips TV manually. (i.e. "Static IP" instead of DHCP)
