Yes. That is exactly what is happening. My router starts randomly restarting if I set the 6G network name to the same name as the 2.4G and 5G.

I use the MLO instead of the 6G but the router was restarting regaurdless of what was connected to it. Since the router was restarting, it effected all devices on the network to include the wired.

he only devices connected to the 6G/MLO are my mobile devices along with a TV and PS5. But they have no problem what so ever so long as the 6G name is not the same as the 2.4G and 5G.

 

Thank you for the beta firmware, but I preffer to wait for the final version.

I checked with the development team and was informed that there is currently no estimated release date for the final official firmware for GE800.

 

We recommend installing the beta firmware, which aims to address the random restart issue.
