Model: Archer AX73
Hardware Version: V2
Firmware Version: 1.0.12 Build 20231023 rel.42641(4555)

Hello.

After a lightning stroke near our house my Archer router lost a WAN port. Other interfaces (WiFi, LAN) still work o.k.

Is it possible to reconfigure one of LAN ports to work as WAN port in this model?

Hi  @K_13,

LAN port and WAN port cannot be switched between each other. It is recommended that you continue to check whether the connection of WAN port is normal.

1. Make sure the Ethernet cable between the Router and the modem is tight. Try a different Ethernet cable if you have one.
2. Connect a PC directly into your modem to verify if your modem is working well.
3. Login the web management interface of the Router, go to Advanced > Network > Internet > Internet Port Negotiation Speed Setting > set to "100Mbps Full Duplex".

If the problem still exists, then unfortunately, it can be basically confirmed that the product has a hardware problem.
