Model: TL-PA4010 KIT  
Hardware Version: V3
Firmware Version:

I have the above kit which has been working well but I have recently had to unplug it due to installation of new broadband. 

I have not been able to get the transmitter unit to turn on once I plugged it in again. 

I have checked the socket and it is working. 

I have tried to reset the unit but without any success. 

There are no lights coming on when I plug it in, any suggestions please?

Hi  @GYBlue,

If there is no power, abnormal indicators,  please refer to the below steps to troubleshoot:
1. Change a different wall socket to power on the device.
2. Hard reset the powerline device and repair it. For powerline extenders, please press and hold the Reset button for 10 seconds to reset them. For power adapters, press and hold the Pair button for 15 seconds until all LEDs turn on momentarily. 

If the issue persists, please contact your local support for warranty consultation.
