Unable to connect to internet with UMobile Package RM38

Hi,
I am having an issue with the connection where the signal shows 75% but unable to connect to the network. I've created a new dial-up profile and tried rebooting the router several times. Appreciate that anyone could help to provide an appropriate solution.

@wpc I'm also having the same issue. can detect the sim card, isp profile is up to date but no internet

Yesterday I told u mobile customer service I want to test U mobile 5G internet using my X50-5G router, they recommended to use this postpaid RM38 package.
Today I told them the sim card is not working with the router, they told me the sim card is not for me to test with the router, it is for me to use my 5G phone to test the download speed etc.The sim card cannot work with router, only the broadband sim card can work in router.

I have the same issue. When I use a SIM card from another telco, everything works fine. But with U Mobile, I can't even perform a successful ping test using the router's built-in ping tool. Although the connection shows as connected, DNS validation keeps failing. Even direct pinging to an IP address doesn't work. I guess they block regular phone SIMs from being used in routers. If you want to use it in a router, the only option is to subscribe to their router-specific SIM plan.
