how to monitor bandwidth usage on TD-W8968???

I am using TP-Link TD-W8968 ADSL modem....I would like to monitor bandwidth usage of each Ethernet port and WiFi individually... is there any way to do that? i tried enabling snmp and failed to monitor each port... i guess it doesnt have snmp sensor do that.... so in PRTG it shows one eth0... theres no other eth ports showing....
i need to know is there any software to monitor each ip address bandwidth usage with/without the help of snmp... please do guide me... thanks...
