Hi,

 

I just changed internet service provider to Singtel and was issued an ONR (not ONT).

I had 2 units of Deco XE75.

 

Main XE75 is placed beside the Singtel ONR.

Mesh XE75 is placed beside the TV that is in living room.

 

I connect my main XE75 to the ONR and both XE75  were able to get internet.

 

I connect Mesh XE75 port 1 to Sony Android TV and it has internet.

I connect Mesh XE75 port 3 to Singtel IPTV Box but it cannot get internet connection.

Note b in red says:

For the ISP Singtel, Please verify if you were issued with ONT before configuring the IPTV setting advice, IPTV setting is only required for Singtel Optical Network Terminal (ONT), and is not required if you are given Singtel Optical Network Router (ONR)

 

 

I tried to do IPTV setting on Mesh XE75 but it does not work also.

 

These are the setting.

IPTV/VLAN - ON

ISP Profile - Custom (i tried to set to Singapore - Singtel but it did not work as well)

Internet VLAN - OFF (if i turn on this and ser VLAN ID to 10, VLAN Priority to 0, i do not have internet for every device that is connected)

Port - Port 3 of Living Room Mesh XE75

IPTV VLAN ID - 20 (found from internet)

IPTV VLAN Priority - 4 (found from internet)

 

 

Please help advise how to get internet connect for the Singetl IPTV TV Box. Thank you.
