New W8901 v3 prevents internet access after a few hours?

Ok, so not the latest TP-LINK router but after a number of hours (between 1 and 6) 1 (or more) of my wireless clients cannot access the internet. I have a maximum of 5 clients accessing at once (Windows and Android). When a connection fails I can still ping the router, so for some reason its not relaying the request to the internet.
Any ideas please?
