Model: EAP115-Wall
Hardware Version: V2
Firmware Version:

Hi All,

I have 10 EAP115-wall access points in my house connected to an PoE Internet switch (PFS3218-16GT-135) which is connected to a router which gives me approx. 200 Mbps connection. All APs work, however:

1) I get only 9 Mbps WLAN on an AP.
Actually there is no other user than me. All other APs are unused.

2) The RJ-45 connection on the APs do not have any signal.
It should be actuallyconnected through, right?

How can I solve these issues?
Thanks in advance.

Hi  @Memo56

Do you mean this low speed issue only happens on one certain EAP, while others are working correctly?

If so, please check the cable connected to that EAP.

In the meantime, you may refer to the following to optimize the performance.
