Wifi shuts down and unable access router

Region : Spain
Model : TD-W8980
Hardware Version : V1
Firmware Version : 0.6.0 1.3 v000e.0 Build 131012 Rel.51720n
ISP : Telefonica
My wifi shuts down after it has been on for anything from half an hour to overnight. Only way to get it back is to restart it and even then it needs to be run through the "Quick setup" right to the wifi configure at the end. On some though not all times I cannot access the router from my browser which causes even more frustration.
The pain is that every time it happens somehow it deletes the configuration in my HP printer and I have to re-enter all the details, the same happens to my TL-WA890EA adapter.
I replaced a slower router which had never dropped the wifi in the 8 years it was in use. Who is responsible for this unreliable piece of kit.:mad::mad:
And while I am moaning why does the thing keep reverting back to 1970 in the time setting??

There seem to be many people with the same fault across the range of TP-Link wifi routers.
I thought with so many people complaining that it would have been addressed by now and I was hoping that the latest firmware update would have fixed it, but it has not.

Also the TD-W8980? When this issue happens, can you make the wifi back through turning off/on the wifi only?

New replacement router is starting the same problems as before :( after only 3 days.
I keep getting this message in the log
1 2013-11-04 19:28:33 IGMP Warning V2 igmp router occured! Not matching ours V3.
2 2013-11-04 19:28:27 DHCPD Notice Recv INFORM from 48:5B:39:10:76:A8
3 2013-11-04 19:28:04 HTTPD Notice Clear log.
At least it now seems to keep the date and time which is an improvement

This TD-W8980 is useless it has dropped out 3 times today, there seems to be no logic to it, I thought it only did it if left unused for some time, but today whilst I was working it did it twice. All the lights stay on but it is impossible to access the internet or connect to it via the web browser.
The whole idea of wireless is to be able to work remotely, instead I have to keep restarting this junk. Oh and it has also lost the time again reverts back to 1970.

What a load of useless junk this is, how dare they charge so much for something so bug bound. 3 times yesterday it needed re-booting. and now this morning it is off again.
It is exactly the same as the first one. I have wasted so many frustrating hours trying to get this to work as it should and had no input from TD-Link they have just buried their heads in the sand. They have sold me something which is clearly not fit for purpose.

They (TD-Link) have suggested that I wait for the next software release,
I suggest they don't put untested equipment out for sale before testing.

sorry google translate
After one month and of thousand times had changed the configuration of the router and of the PC, alone I still had a thing: bandwich control. Though I tape-worm put a limit of bandwidth in the program P2P, and habia lowered to the minimum, the router was shielding himself and tape-worm that it to restart. This way that I put borders to the bandwidth in the router and ITS WORKIN .FIRST I PUT MAXIMUM DESCENT 200 Kbps, despues 300, now 500 and it is not blocked.
