 Hi @Arye_N,

Please check if anyone else has logged into the Tether APP with the same owner account as you? If so, it may have been deleted by mistake.
If it has not been shared with others, please set a strong password and do not share the same password with other web or apps to prevent account leakage.

 

Have you created other configuration files? Is it normal? If other configuration files are normal, it is recommended that you create a new configuration file to compare whether it will disappear?

 

In addition, please make sure that your Tether APP has been updated to the latest version.
If there are other questions, please explain the specific function configuration in detail, and we will try to follow up and confirm.
