HI @saifabdulhiealj,
If the router is bound to a different email address but you don't know what it is, and the error "Please ask the owner to add you to the administrator list" usually appears.
First, please try to your different emails to log in to the router. If all your emails cannot reach the router, you can then also try to factory reset the router and reconfigure the router.
If you forgot your TP-Link account or its password, here's how to recover it:
1. Tap "Forgot Password" on the login page.
2. Enter the email address associated with your cloud account (this is crucial) and select "Reset Password." You will receive an email with instructions on how to reset your password. If you're unsure which email is linked, test different ones to find the registered one.
3. Open the email and click on "Click to Reset Password," which will direct you to the password reset page on the TP-Link cloud site.
4. Enter a new password for your cloud account, confirm it, and then click "Save."
Alternatively, you can reset your password via the TP-Link Cloud website: https://community.tp-link.com/en/forgetpw
Note: After 5 consecutive failed login attempts, your account will be temporarily locked for 10 minutes. If the account has been locked, you can try the steps above to reset the password.
If you no longer have access to the email associated with your TP-LINK ID, consider creating a new TP-LINK account and linking your device to the new TP-LINK ID.
