I'd like to configure my VR400 to use my ProtonVPN vpn account.

ProtonVPN provides OpenVPN userid and password as well a certificate/configuration file.

The question is how to load it.

Do you want to set up Archer VR400 as VPN client to connect your ProtonVPN Server?

If so, I am afraid it can not be achieved. Archer VR400 supports to work as VPN Server instead of VPN Client.
