Hello, since I installed two deco be85 units (I'm in Italy) I am experiencing many problems with my Philips Hue smart lights. Hue Hub is connected via Ethernet cable to a Deco unit (not the main one) and are next to the same shelf.

Could it be that the two devices are annoying causing smart lights to malfunction?

Hi, can you share more details about the "malfunction with Philips Hue smart lights"?

- Would it be possible that they are far away from the Hue Bridge?

 

If there are no other 2.4GHz devices, you could also try to temporarily switch off the 2.4GHz band on the Deco BE85 to see whether it made any difference.
