Have had to turn power off 3 times this week due to renovation work to house. When power back on, won't connect to DSL. Light keeps flashing. Have had to ring tech support each time and go on hold for an hour waiting for assistance. What can I do?

Hi, welcome to our community.
Not sure whether the powerline environment influences, it is suggested to unplug the power adapter of Archer VR400 in advance before powering off all your house.
After the power restores totally, repluging and powering Archer VR400 then check the performance.
Usually you may refer to the guide to troubleshoot if the internet stopped working.
