Trying to connect the extender to my ps5. Managed to connect through wireless, although my ps5 won't register an IP address. I want to connect through wire as well to get the best speed, but my ps5 won't register a wired LAN. I try to do it manually but it only says "cant connect to the wifi network within the limit" with code CE-109502.7. 

 

Any ideas of what I'm doing wrong?

  @Avanimoon,

It seems that the PS5 cannot get internet from range extender normally. Please try to reboot range extender and PS5.

If it doesn't work, please use a different client to test internet of range extender. 

 

Client devices' IP addresses are usually dynamically assigned by the Router.
If you want to assign a fixed IP address for a specific client, you may reserve a specific IP address for this specific client.
Take TP-Link router as an example, please login the web management interface of the Router, go to Advanced > Network > DHCP Server > Address Reservation to add address reservation entries.
