Model: RE500X
Hardware Version: V1
Firmware Version:

Hallo,

Hi  @salamander02,

According to the translation of Google Translate, I think that your question is that range extenders cannot log in to web interface. If there is any discrepancy, please describe it in English.

If your network topology diagram is as follows:

Fritzbox 7590AX—RE500X/ RE200 )))((( client devices

(Note: — stands for wired connection,)))((( stands for wireless connection )

You currently have a RE500X and a RE200, right? Are their internet working now? Did you try to use Tether App to manage range extenders?

The blue screen problem you mentioned means that when logging into the web management interface of RE500X or RE200, it cannot respond normally and causes the computer to freeze and turn into a blue screen, right? If yes, please try different browsers or different PCs to compare whether you can log in to the web normally?

  @Jose

Hello, I have also used other web browsers and other PCs. Whether Windows or Linux. Always the same problem. The behavior of these repeaters is not always understandable. Although the Re500 was given an IP ..107 and the menu opened initially, the IP ...100 was active shortly afterwards, even though I gave the Fritzbox the fixed IP field. Yes, I used the Tether app, but to set it up without activating an external network, I always had to use a LAN on another PC, because setting it up via WLAN WPS only caused problems, and also setting it up via Tether, because I only want to establish a LAN connection via the WLAN and am not using a repeater WLAN extension. It is not easy to set it up after a reset with Tether etc. Another small phenomenon is: I have 3 Re models 2*Re200, 1*Re500 within a radius of 4, 6,10 meters from the router. All are connected to 5 GHz, but the new Re500 only causes problems between the two devices as the crow flies at 5 GHz. The combination of both frequencies didn't work, so the Re500 only runs at 2.4 GHz, but I hope with active OFDMA+MU-MIMO. The data throughput is enough for cameras, but I wanted to take some of the load off my 2.4 GHz and operate nearby devices at 5 GHz.ph-TP
