Model: Archer C6

Hardware Version: V4

Firmware Version: 1.13.6 Build 240430 Rel.54880n(5553)

Main router Archer A6. 5ghz SSID is hidden and working fine. Turning on the Satellite router, which is Archer C6, all devices are showing the hidden 5ghz SSID. In settings the hidden SSID box is ticked. Turning off the Satellite router SSID becomes hidden again.

Both Archer A6 (main) And Archer C6 (Satellite) are version 4 and same firmware 1.13.6 Build 240430 Rel.54880n(5553).

Hope next firmware update will solve this.

Anyone face the same or have any solution?

Hi, welcome to our community.

Currently, the Easymesh network does not support to hide SSID, so we can still the hiden SSID on clients.

As I know, The Easymesh networking is constantly being optimized.

It seems that this behavior has been observed in other router models as well - details.
