Tapo Light Bulb sporadically blinking and being uncontrollable

I even hard reset the light bulb and shortly after reconfiguration and a router reset, it started again to make troubles. I also changed to another socket where it stays now.
Ha somebody faced this issue yet? I thought it might be hardware damage but worked for me to take it out of DHCP and reset the router for clearing cache.
