iPhone's wifi stops working with Archer BE900 (BE24000)

I'm having trouble with iphone retaining internet connectivity with the BE900.
While wifi is working fine for other devices like my computer, the wifi stops working on our phones every now and then. In order to make it work again, I have to disconnect from the wifi from my phone and reconnect to it.
The phones are not using he 6GHz network.
This didn't happen with the old ISP's router.
I can't say for sure since I hadn't used it long, but I think this problem exaggerated after the latest firmware update.
Is this a bug or are there any settings in the router that aren't set up properly?

You are correct; although my wife's phone can connect to the internet, it cannot browse.
I thought I had missed something in the router configuration.
Then I revert to the old router, and everything works fine. Trust me when I say that these Archer BE900s are riddled with bugs.
I have discovered far more issues with this model than any other router.
.
If you're also experiencing a similar issue as described by SimonSorcerer, could you please check Joseph's suggestions below and provide more details?

We would like to figure it out.

Please let support engineers know.
It seems now to be a firmware issue.
We have the same problem and we thought there's something wrong with our iPhone & iPad.

@Alimax Could you please provide more details as Joseph and I asked previously in this thread when responding to Padi_1 and SimonSorcerer since they didn't respond?
I escalated Padi_1's case to our support engineers also, however he didn't follow up with the engineers. To be honest, we cannot say for sure whether there is an issue with the iOS or the router at this moment.

@Kevin_Z Thank you for your reply.
We have multiple iOS devices at home. I have an iPhone 15 Pro Max and my partner has an iPhone 16 Pro Max, an iPad Pro 11" (M4), and a Mac Mini M4. All these are running the latest os version (18.4.1).
iPhone Pro Max and iPad Pro quite often lose internet connection just like SimonSorcerer. Even Mac Mini M4 has this problem from time to time.
Other devices seem to be working all fine.
Our BE900 Firmware Version: 1.1.6 Build 20250317 rel.47147(4153)
Our current wireless settings:
TWT: disabled
OFDMA/MU-MIMO: both enabled
Smart Connect: enabled
2.4GHz/5GHz-1/5GHz-2: enabled
Security: WPA2-PSK[AES] (was WPA3 before; but doesn't to seem to have any effect)
2.4GHz/5GHz-1/5GHz-2 Advanced Settings: all default
6GHz: enabled
Security: WPA3-Personal
6GHz Advanced Settings: all default
MLO Network: enabled
Security: WPA3-Personal
Let me know if you guys need more information.

@Alimax Thank you very much for getting back with all these details.
As suggested by Joseph, could you please check if the connectivity will become stable if you disable the Smart Connect and MLO Network on the BE900?
Meanwhile, when the iPhone and iPad lost the internet access, are they still obtaining a valid IP address from the network? Are you able to ping the gateway BE900? You can install Ping app on your iPhone, then follow this guide to do a ping test.
Are there other routers or range extenders connected to the BE900? If there are, please remove them from the network to observe the internet connectivity on the iOS devices again.

Hello @SimonSorcerer @Padi_1 @Obright @Alimax
Thank you all for your feedback regarding the internet connectivity on your Apple devices when connected to the Archer BE900 V2. We regret to hear that and are working actively to identify the issue as quickly as possible.
Our development team has provided an open public beta firmware to help locate and resolve the issue, and I've updated it in the following thread. Please install the beta firmware on your BE900 V2 to check if it fixes the issue:
Apple Devices (iPhone & iPad) May Lose Connectivity when Connected to the Archer BE900 V2
If the internet still doesn't work properly after installing the above beta firmware, please provide more details about the specific phenomenon as mentioned at the end of the above thread.
Once again, we appreciate all of your feedback and cooperation.
