Archer BE800 dropping Internet connection over wifi
Archer BE800 dropping Internet connection over wifi
I have been using the Archer BE800 for a month now and it continues to drop internet connection over wifi but not wired connections. I stay connected to wifi (2.4 or 5 or 6) but the internet drops off then comes back in random intervals for random amount of times.
I tried upgrading to the beta firmware to see if that would help and it doesn't. The power is not dropping since I don't see the LED pulsing white like mentioned in this thread: https://community.tp-link.com/en/home/forum/topic/676590
Again it only happens on my wifi connections not wired.

Exact same problem here, which suddenly began a few weeks ago. Was there ever a resolution?

I also having the same problem, the tech team doesn't seem to come out with something to solve this problem. I had written to them many times with all the things the tech team requires but no reply yet. Spend do much much on a piece of junk...

@lightzone I upgrade the firmware and it seemed to fix the issue for me. I am currently on 1.2.1 Build 20250108 rel.48985(5553)

Hello @lightzone ,
Welcome to our community.
What are the firmware and hardware versions of your router?
Could you provide more details about your case? For example, does the network instability occur on a wired connection or a wireless connection? What troubleshooting have you done, and what are the results?
