When I try to use the other ports on my main deco to connect other devices, I get no internet out them.

 

I know the cables work fine because when I connect directly to my router they work. And I know the deco network is working since I can connect my phone and other devices to it.

 

So I don't know why connecting the Ethernet cable directly to the deco doesn't work. Is there some extra setup needed for that?

Thanks for reaching out. I had that option disabled. But when I enabled it my deco went red and couldnt change it back from the app.

I ended up changing the operation mode to "access point" and that seems to have done the trick. I'm able to connect my device via ethernet now.

 Hi @Cycleralex,

 

1. Please check if Deco has enabled the IPTV feature. IPTV port is not able to form Ethernet back-haul/connection. 
2. Please try a different Ethernet cable.

3. If you have different Deco unit, please set it as main deco for a comparison.

4. If you don't mind, you can reset the deco unit for a try.
