Model: Deco M9 Plus  
Hardware Version: V2
Firmware Version: 1.8.0 Build 20241202 Rel. 38158

Problem:

Some services keeps on stalling.
Lets focus on Spotify as an example.

This is tested via PC & Win 11 & Android mobile. 

  • Conneted direct to the fibre: Works great.
  • Conneted via Mobile  HotSpot: Works great. (This for verifying PC, Mobile & Spotify)
  • Conneted via M9 either WiFi or RJ45 Spotify keeps on stalling.

 

SetUp

  • Fibre access. 
  • 250 Mbit/s Up/Down
  • TP-Link M9 3 units
  • All units runs on latest firmware.


Actions taken:

  • Restarted M9.
  • Reset and configured all from start.

Hi, Have you tried to install the workaround here：

Certain Programs and Service Can't be Loaded Properly on Deco M9 Plus_1.8.0
