Model: Archer D9
Hardware Version: V1
Firmware Version: 150826

I have an Internal error code 1 after a factory reset. I have reset the model again, still getting the error. Any help resolving this issue would be appreciated.

Hi, welcome to our community.

The "Internal error code 1" on a modem router typically indicates a malfunction or issue within the device's firmware or hardware.

As the firmware you shared seems the latest, here are some common causes for your troubleshooting reference:

Configuration Issues: Incorrect settings or failed configurations during setup can trigger this error.

Hardware Malfunction: There might be a hardware failure, such as issues with the router's internal components.

Power Issues: Inconsistent power supply or voltage fluctuations may affect the router’s performance.

Overheating: If the device is overheating, it might cause operational errors.

Thank you and best regards.
