Hi
Just bought the BE550 to upgrade from my previous Asus router.
Very satisfied so far but the one thing I miss is some kind of speed test like the built in one in the Asus.
Ordinary speed test to the internet is not so interesting as between the router and the cell tower.
I have mobile connection (4G) with highest speed of 176 Mb/s, it was a nice feature to have.

Hi @Shazbah,
If you cannot find SpeedTest on the Tether App or Web Interface of your router, it means that your router may not have this feature. However, You can still conduct a SpeedTest on your client devices using https://www.speedtest.net to gauge internet speed on your phone or laptop.

Hi,
May I know what type of Asus router it was?
Since the Archer BE550 doesn't have a 4G modem built in it couldn't possibly do a test between itself and a cell tower.

@Shazbah Just use some online tools for checking the upload and download speed. They are not like 100% accurate but plenty of them are decent.
