Model: TL-WPA7519 KIT
Hardware Version: V4
Firmware Version: 220701

I have connected a WPA7519 and a WPA7619 to a Archer MR505 via Ethernet cable and powerline.

It was not possible to set up a Mesh. The router does not find either WPA. The two WPAs "see" each other and communicate via OneMesh, but not with the router.

I have tried everything, FW update, factory reset, WPS setup, but no success.

Hi@WernerV,

The MR505 is not an onemesh compatible router. You can click on the compatible list to see more models.

If you want to use the same SSID as the router, you can try WiFi clone.

  Hi@Joseph-TP

1) EasyMesh is supposed to be backward compatible to OneMeeh, I have read this in several places.

2) WPA7517/7617 are labeled "planned" for EasyMesh since I bought them some time ago, yet nothing happens, no FW update for either. Since the -19 versions are "localized" versions of the -17 devices, I suppose if one day an EasyMesh FW will be released, it will be for both.

3) The TPLink app shows "EasyMesh" for the 7519 and 7619 instead of OneMesh.
