One of the outlets on my KP303 stays on, the relay can be heard to operate, and controlled from the App.
It was/is supplying a Laptop charger, that when plugged into a live socket sometimes sparks!
Do you mean this outlet doesn't turn off the appliance? Try to unplug the smart plug for a while. You can also try to factory reset the device: long-press any of the control button for about 10s till the SYS led blinking orange. What's the rated power of your laptop charger?
