When the TP extender is switched on the PC can not be connected to the main router. When TP is switched off the PC can be connected with til main router.
Any solutions?

In case your TL-WA854RE is hardware version V4, then this was a known problem in older firmware versions and updating the firmware to the latest version should solve that problem.
