Hardware Version: V1
Firmware Version: 1.2.1 Build 20240716 rel.60900

I have DECO P9, AC1200 + AV1000, i have buy package with 2 satellites.Works normal.

I have 2 outside cameras. Signal is some time bad. I buy another sattelite P9 AC1200 + AV100.

When i start mobile app DECO, i can connect to my system, when i want do add another satellite it wont show me equipment to add.

Wifi from mobile phone (Samsung galaxy S 24ultra) see equipment (wifi), buth app wont find new satellite to add.

I have try it to have reset whole system ind set it as new...i can connect 2 satellite, the 3 one is not seen.

 

What im doing wrong?

Is it not possible to at another satellite of same type?

Hi, welcome to the community.

It is possible to add another satellite of the same type.

Did it help if we put the 4th P9 next to the main P9?

Please make sure the LED on the 4th P9 is flashing blue when setting it up.

It is also recommended to refer to Encountering an Error When Adding a Deco

It sounds like a compatibility or setup issue. Make sure the new satellite is properly reset before adding it. Also, check if the  Online Earning firmware is updated on all Deco units. If the app still doesn’t detect it, try adding it closer to the main unit first before placing it where needed. Hope this helps
