Hi, I've recently added my first X50 Outdoor. All my other units are M4Rs. 
 

The X50 shows as ok on the app, but no device ever connects to it. Even when other units are distant and my iPhone, speakers etc are much closer to the X50, they do not connect to it. 
 

I've rebooted, firmware is updated, also if I try to tell it to connect to a different M4R, the setting does not save. 
 

Any advice please?

Hi, Thanks for the message.

I noticed you mentioned that the Deco X50-Outdoor was solid yellow now. Have you tried to refer to this link to see whether Deco X50-outdoor could get into firmware recovery mode:How to use firmware recovery if the Deco become brick

  @David-TP hi, thanks for the reply. 
since I wrote that, I left the unit for a long time and eventually the LED started flashing blue. 
But the app does not find it. 
But also, now, the app is not reporting any data from any unit. It sees the units I have, but is showing no connections to them and no data flowing. 
I replied to the automated response by email with screenshots. 
So now I'm not sure whether the X50 is ok or not, as the app cannot find it. Also, when I try to do anything with the app, it fails.
