I have configured 2 wifi'es 2.4 and 5ghz for a long time. Yesterday 2.4ghz suddenlly disappeard. I was trying to reconfigure it however with no luck, when:
1. i run quick setup (with configuration for 2.4 and 5ghz it get stuck on 4 step "Connection Test". When i exit that setup i see only 5ghz available.
2. when i exit quick setup i try to do manual setup for 2.4 and 5 when i want to enable 2.4 it throws on the bottom with a message operation failed.

 

Additionally i have noticed that green LED is not visiable on the router for 2.4Ghz indicator (but this may be because it is off thats why).

Hi  @losui,

Did you try to set 2.4Ghz guest network for a comparison? Since it is strange, I have reported your issue to engineers, they will likely reach out to you via email to continue to troubleshoot your issue. Please check your email box and confirm.

thank you for your response, yes i have received an email with created ticket to support. 
Regarding the guest network - its the same when i set it up and then click save it throws operation failed.
