Internet LED on device is not showing internet but i can surf internet on my pc.

I am using this device in Wireless Router Mode. I am connected to internet using a static non-public ip. When in diagnosis i test for internet surfing the result is
Test Internet surfing
Ping default gateway Pass
Ping primary Domain Name Server Pass
Test DNS Root Fail
Network Connection Status Inspect(NCSI) Fail
Diagnostics completes
How can i fix it.
